Client Supervisor Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients’ families and caregivers

    Medicaid Eligibility Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the GAPP Elgibility Coordinator
  • Handle information requests and perform necessary clerical functions, such as preparing documents
  • Ensures compliance with Medicaid and Federal requirements for patient GAPP eligibility and renewal
  • Screen patients for existing insurance coverage, federal and state assistance programs, or hospital charity application
  • Verify and obtain authorization and referral for treatment plans and secures appropriate signatures
  • Meet appropriate deadlines for patient records
  • Correspond with appropriate internal and external parties
  • Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
  • Maintain education on current GAPP policies and procedures
  • Advocate HIPPA compliant procedures

    Requirements:

  • High school diploma or higher degree
  • Experience with insurance benefit eligibility/ verification preferred

    Payroll Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Processes multi-state payroll for multiple company locations accurately, efficiently and timely, including all regular payroll cycles and special payroll runs and manual checks as needed, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws, policies, and regulations.
  • Claims and reconciles time sheets in scheduling software, to process for payroll
  • Prepare and maintains payroll records, reports and files.
  • Reviews and analyzes payroll reports for accuracy and makes necessary adjustments or corrections.
  • Reconcile payroll and banking transaction to payroll GL
  • Maintains and updates payroll and deduction schedule with payroll provider
  • Acts as liaison between divisions and Corporate Payroll
  • Educates staff and HR contacts on payroll and benefits processing.
  • Research and resolve payroll, accrual, and benefit queries from employees in a timely manner.
  • Reviews changes to employee data for accuracy.
  • Follows defined audit procedures and recommends changes to ensure process integrity and wage and tax reporting accuracy.
  • Assist payroll accounting, transactions, stop payments, and other operations
  • Oversee salary changes, compensation, bonus and vacation payouts
  • Reconcile benefit deductions within payroll
  • Troubleshoot issues within HRIS system and create and run reports, etc.
  • Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed.
  • Assists in developing and is responsible for continual maintenance of payroll process documentation to ensure business process continuity.
  • Ensures company is in compliance with all court ordered wage assignments and garnishments.
  • Verify, track, and process payroll exceptions like expense and mileage reimbursement, payroll corrections, etc.
  • Adheres to the strict confidentiality of payroll records, pay rate information and other wage related employee elements

    Requirements:

  • 2+ years of payroll processing experience
  • High School diploma or higher degree
  • Experience with Paycom HRIS is preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Fundamental Payroll Certification preferred
